You don’t need a perfectly formed question. You might want to make sense of a recurring argument, understand a relationship pattern, think about a separation or feel more confident about dating.
We can explore communication, attachment and emotional responses, boundaries, trust, intimacy, self-worth or what you would like to change.
The session is tailored to what you bring. We’ll use the time to reflect on your situation and identify practical next steps. No particular relationship outcome is promised.

Take what’s useful into your day-to-day life. Further coaching can be discussed, with no obligation to continue.
Before your session
Payment is due before the appointment. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange a Relationship Reset. This is the Reset-specific notice period; other coaching appointments use 48 hours. Your statutory cancellation rights are separate and are explained in the coaching terms.
If Sammy needs to cancel, you can choose another appointment or a refund. A late start will ordinarily still finish at the agreed time.

How much is a Relationship Reset?
A Relationship Reset costs £95 for one private 60-minute session with Sammy. Payment is due before the appointment, and there is no obligation to book further sessions.
What can I talk about in the session?
You can bring a question about communication, boundaries, dating, trust, intimacy, a breakup or a recurring relationship pattern. You do not need to know exactly what you want to change before you enquire.
Can I book the Reset online or in person?
The session can take place online across the UK or in person in Marlow. Send a Reset enquiry to discuss suitability, your preferred format and an appointment.
