What coaching provides
Coaching offers space to reflect on your situation, identify goals and consider practical next steps. It is not counselling, psychotherapy, medical treatment, legal advice or crisis support. You remain responsible for your choices and actions. No particular personal or relationship outcome is guaranteed.
If your needs fall outside coaching, Sammy may suggest a more appropriate professional or service. You are free to decide whether to continue with coaching.
Bookings, fees and payment
A Relationship Reset is one private 60-minute session at £95, with no obligation to book further sessions. Fees, session lengths, delivery format and any programme inclusions for other coaching will be confirmed before you agree to book. Payment is due before your appointment unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing.
For programmes, the written booking details should specify the number of sessions, the period for using them, included contact between sessions, any payment plan and arrangements for unused sessions. An enquiry alone does not create a paid booking.
Changing an appointment
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for a Relationship Reset, or 48 hours’ notice for other coaching appointments, if you need to cancel or rearrange. These are appointment notice periods, separate from statutory cancellation rights.
With less notice, or for a missed appointment, a reasonable charge may apply for the loss caused by the cancellation, taking account of costs saved or the appointment being filled. It will not exceed the session fee. Please get in touch as soon as possible if exceptional circumstances affect your attendance.
If Sammy cancels, you can choose another suitable appointment or a refund for that session. If you arrive late, the appointment will normally end at the agreed time so that other bookings are not affected.
Your cancellation rights
If you book a service online, by phone or by email as a consumer, you will normally have 14 days from entering the contract to cancel without giving a reason. Tell Sammy clearly that you wish to cancel using the enquiry form or email.
If you expressly ask for work to begin within that period and then cancel, a proportionate charge may be payable for work already provided, where the required information and consent have been given. You lose the right to cancel a fully performed service within that period only where performance began with your express consent and acknowledgement of that consequence.
These statutory rights take priority over appointment notice periods and any package conditions. Nothing in these terms removes your rights where a service is not delivered with reasonable care and skill, or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Confidentiality and personal information
Coaching conversations are treated as confidential, subject to legal requirements and serious safety concerns. Information is handled in line with the Privacy Notice and any specific information provided during onboarding.
Do not record a session without agreement. Both parties should take reasonable steps to choose a private space for online sessions. Information about other people should be shared only where it is relevant and appropriate.
Between sessions
Support between appointments is included only where it forms part of your agreed package. The available channels and boundaries will be confirmed when you book. Routine messages are usually answered within two working days; this is not an emergency or continuously monitored service.
Ending coaching and concerns
You can discuss ending coaching at any time. Arrangements for unused prepaid sessions will take account of your statutory rights, the agreed programme and any reasonable work already supplied. There is no blanket exclusion of refunds.
Sammy may stop a session or end the coaching relationship if behaviour is abusive, unsafe or makes the work inappropriate. Any unused payment will be reviewed fairly against services already provided and your legal rights.
If you are unhappy with a service, use the complaints process so the concern and possible resolution can be considered. Questions before booking are welcome through the enquiry page or by emailing Sammy.
