Information you share

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, service of interest and a brief message. Correspondence may also include an enquiry reference, appointment arrangements and details needed to respond to a request or complaint.

Please keep your initial message brief. Do not include medical information, sexual history, identity documents, financial details or private information about another person. Detailed coaching and matchmaking information should be discussed through an appropriate private process, with the purpose and privacy arrangements explained before it is collected.

The hosting and form providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and security logs to deliver the website and protect it from misuse.

Why information is used

Enquiry details are used to answer your question, discuss a possible service and make arrangements you request. Where you are considering a booking, this may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract.

Information may also be used for legitimate interests in managing correspondence, maintaining service records, resolving complaints and keeping the website secure, where these interests do not override your rights. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal obligations.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Any future use of information about health, sex life, sexual orientation or other specially protected matters needs an appropriate additional legal basis and clear information about that use.

Website and communication providers

This site is hosted through OpenAI Sites infrastructure. The enquiry form uses FormSubmit to process and forward your message to Sammy’s business email account. These services, and the email provider, process information needed to deliver their part of the service. Do not use the public enquiry form for sensitive intake documents.

You can read FormSubmit’s privacy information. Providers may process information outside the UK under their own service arrangements. Contact Sammy if you need details about the providers or safeguards relevant to your information before sending it.

Instagram is an external service with its own privacy practices. If you choose that contact route, your messages are also handled by Instagram. No advertising trackers or analytics tools have been added to this website; infrastructure providers may use technology needed for security and delivery.

Sharing and confidentiality

Enquiry information is used to respond to you, not published on the website. Personal information is not sold. Access should be limited to those who need it to provide the service or meet a legal obligation.

Matchmaking profiles, photos and introduction details are private. What will be shared with a potential match, and how, should be agreed with you before disclosure. Information may need to be disclosed where required by law or to address a serious safety concern.

How long information is kept

Retention depends on the reason for collecting the information: whether an enquiry is still active, whether a service is booked, and whether records are needed for accounting, complaints or legal obligations. Information should not be retained indefinitely simply because it was provided. Provider-held copies are also subject to the provider’s own retention arrangements.

You can ask what is held about you, why it is still needed and whether it can be deleted. Any applicable service-specific retention arrangements should be explained before detailed client records are collected.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to its use, or receive a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Some requests are subject to legal exceptions.
